About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked over ten years in the field in both northern and southern California. I graduated with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005.
My clinical experience has included working with individuals and families who are dealing with a variety of mental health issues including, depression, anxiety, trauma, dual-diagnosis and substance abuse. I have specific experience in working with adolescents and young adults who have disruptive behavior disorders and/or severe mental health disorders. Currently, I specialize in working with adults and older adults with anxiety, mood disorders, and addictive behaviors.
I currently work in private practice with offices in the Los Angeles and Bay Area and serve individuals and families. My previous work experience includes several years in community mental health working as a therapist and supervisor of mental health programs such as Wraparound, school-based services, adult dual-diagnosis residential, and substance abuse.
